What is Auto Appy?
Auto Appy helps a small business run like a bigger one. It gives you a team of software “agents” that do repetitive work across your apps, such as saving every new enquiry, replying on WhatsApp, updating your CRM and sending reminders, so you and your people can focus on customers.
The problem it solves
Section titled “The problem it solves”Most businesses use many apps: a website form, Google Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp, a CRM, a payment app. Each one holds part of the picture, and people spend hours copying information from one to another. Take the two businesses this guide follows:
- At Vidya Coaching Centre, a parent enquires at 9:40 pm. Nobody replies until the next morning, and a counsellor spends an hour a day copying enquiries into a sheet. Fee reminders take the accounts person ten days of phone calls.
- At Skyline Realty, leads arrive from 99acres, MagicBricks, Facebook and the website, each in a different format. Brochures go out late, site visits get forgotten, and quiet leads are never followed up.
