Appy, your assistant
Appy is the Auto Appy robot, and Ask Appy is the assistant that lives in the bottom-right corner of every screen.
Open Appy
Section titled “Open Appy”- Click Ask Appy (bottom-right), or
- press ⌘ + / on a Mac, Ctrl + / on Windows.
You can type, or talk if your browser allows the microphone. Drag the panel anywhere; it remembers where you put it.
What you can ask

| “Open pricing”, “Take me to app connections” | goes straight to the page. |
| “What does Paused mean?”, “Why was my step skipped?” | explains, using what’s on your screen. |
| “Build a workflow: when my website form is filled, add the lead to the CRM and WhatsApp them.” | plans the steps and builds a Draft workflow you can review. |
| “Help me set this up” | walks you through connecting accounts, sending a test lead and mapping fields, right in the chat. |
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Everything Appy builds starts as Draft. Nothing runs until you review it and set it Live.
- Appy works as you, in your browser, with your permissions. It can’t see passwords or saved credentials.
- Appy is rolling out gradually; if you don’t see Ask Appy, it isn’t switched on for your account yet.
