Run history

Every time a workflow runs, Auto Appy records it: when it started, what started it, and the result of each step.

In the editor, click History (top right). The Run history drawer lists every run, newest first.

  • Filter with All, Failed, In progress and Succeeded. The numbers show how many of each.
  • With several triggers, filter by source with From: All triggers.
  • Scroll down and click Load older runs for earlier ones.
Run history for one workflow.

Click a run to open it. You’ll see:

  • the run number, date and time, and what started it (for example Webhook),
  • a summary such as 1 step succeeded · 0 failed,
  • each step with its result (click a step to see its output or error),
  • Steps without results: steps that didn’t run, for example because a condition didn’t match or the step is still Draft.

Showing results on canvas paints that run’s results onto the tiles, so you can see where it stopped. The status bar shows Showing run #…; click × there to go back to the normal view.

For everything across all your workflows, open Schedules → Activity in the left menu. It shows Current, Upcoming, Completed and Failed / review work, delays waiting to resume, scheduled runs and webhook deliveries, with filters by type and workspace and your display time zone.
