Manage connections
The overview
Section titled “The overview”Settings → App connections lists every account your agents and apps work in.
Open App connectionsautoappy.com/settings/connections| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| App · account | The app and the connection’s name. |
| Used by | Which agents use it (their characters). |
| Status | In use, Not used, or Needs setup (credentials missing or incomplete). |
Filter with All, In use, Needs setup and Not used, or search by app, account or agent. On a row, Manage opens its details; Finish setup appears when something is missing. Where it’s used lists each workflow and step, with Update credentials and Switch to another account.
The full manager
Section titled “The full manager”Click Manage all for every connection with its credentials controls:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add connection | Connect another account. |
| Edit credentials | Update the saved key or sign in again. Every step using this connection picks up the change. |
| Replace | Move every step that uses this connection to a different connection in one go. |
| Delete | Remove the connection. If a workflow still uses it, Auto Appy refuses and asks you to replace it first. |
