Do I need to know how to code?
Section titled “Do I need to know how to code?”No. Everything can be built with clicks on the canvas, or by asking Appy or Claude in plain words. Code is optional, for developers who want to connect their own software.
How much does it cost?

What’s the difference between a workflow and an agent?
Section titled “What’s the difference between a workflow and an agent?”In Auto Appy they’re the same thing: every workflow is an agent on your team. Some agents (AI action, AI chat) also use AI to decide what to do. See What is an AI agent?
Which apps can I connect?
Section titled “Which apps can I connect?”1,294 apps, including Google Sheets, Gmail, Drive and Calendar, WhatsApp, Facebook Lead Ads, Razorpay, HubSpot, Slack, Telegram and Calendly, plus Auto Appy’s own CRM, WhatsApp and AI. Anything that can send a webhook works too. See The app catalog.
Is my data safe? Can Auto Appy see my passwords?
Section titled “Is my data safe? Can Auto Appy see my passwords?”For sign-in apps like Google, you sign in on the app’s own page, so Auto Appy never sees your password. API keys and credentials are stored hidden and can’t be viewed again, only replaced. AI assistants connected through MCP can’t read them either.
Can my team use it?
Section titled “Can my team use it?”Yes. Create an organisation, invite people, and choose which products each person can use. Team members are unlimited on every plan. See Your organisation and team.
Why does WhatsApp need a template?
Section titled “Why does WhatsApp need a template?”WhatsApp’s rules: a business must use a Meta-approved template to start a conversation. Within 24 hours of a customer’s message you can reply with normal text.
Do tests use tasks?
Section titled “Do tests use tasks?”Yes. A test runs the step for real, so it counts as a task, and really sends messages or adds rows. Test with your own number and a test sheet first.
How fast does a workflow run?
Section titled “How fast does a workflow run?”Usually within seconds of the trigger. Webhook calls wait for the run to finish and answer with the result. Delays and schedules run at the time you set.
Can I use Claude or ChatGPT to build workflows?
Section titled “Can I use Claude or ChatGPT to build workflows?”Yes, through Auto Appy’s MCP server. Connecting Claude takes about two minutes. See Build with Claude and ChatGPT.
Does signing out disconnect Claude?
Section titled “Does signing out disconnect Claude?”No. Revoke the connection in Settings → MCP connections to disconnect an assistant.
Can I copy a workflow?
Section titled “Can I copy a workflow?”Use a template from the gallery, or ⋯ → Export workflow to download one as JSON.
